Can our local actors go beyond and perform well out of confines of the national language Swahili?
Definitely no.
As regards matters on this score, that is living factor. Some years ago a South African most Film company made a visit here in Tanzania to fish out actors and Actresses who could participate in shooting a chain of Films in English, including Isidingo. Most of the local Artistes who had applied for such opportunities perfumed pathetical.
